Crowdfunding Journey: Patience Is A Virtue

Thank you for tuning into this new chapter of my crowdfunding journey, creating the right message! I’m looking forward to share what I’ve learned about the importance of creating and communicating the right message to build solid support for a crowdfunding project.

This week is all about not forgetting the details and creating a calm and relaxing place and most importantly, having patience!

While it is very easy to say "be patient," it is quite another to actually be it…. especially when you're ready to launch a crowdfunding campaign.

Right now I am going over campaign materials with a fine tooth comb. I am dealing with technical issues as this is happening! Yikes.

I am more than ready in my mind to launch but must, must make sure that everything is truly in place and checked off for a successful launch.

Hint: Make sure you have step by step donating instructions in your copy for all those recipients that have never given to a crowdfunding campaign.

Patience is my meditation!

Are You Ready to Check Out The “Love Around the World” Crowdfunding Blog?

As many of you know I’m currently in my final stages of preparation on my crowdfunding blog, and I’m so excited to share each of these special moments with you along the way!

The “Love Around the World” crowdfunding campaign will go to support the launch of my “Love Around the World” online WebTV series, on my channel, Sacred Love TV, and going on the road to produce the shows next episodes.

During my earlier travels one thing remained constant, intimacy and love were desired and a challenge in each location. We want to open hearts and minds to the incredible power of love and sensuality, in it’s purest form, that is present in the world that we don’t see or hear about. 

With Love Around The World I want to share a new way to help transform the way we think about and experience love. During each step of the journey we’ll discover local love stories, captivating romantic destinations, compelling region-specific love practices and exciting dating insights that my viewers can experiment with from the comfort of their own home.

It’s Time For Part 3 Of Our Crowdsourcing Adventure: Support System

Ok everyone we are now on our 3rd part of our crowdfunding journey together, and in this next piece I am going to share with you all you need to know about
“The Support System,” but first, I’d like to thank each and every one of you for following by my side as I share this new chapter of my life, it means the world to me!

One of the most important questions I asked myself about was “how am I going to run a successful campaign?”

With so many questions on support insights, data and true experiences, I reached out to others as well as to the internet to gather as much data as I could.  I also contacted Carl at crowdsourcing.org, and he was such a valuable source of information and guidance for this piece, I truly can’t thank him enough!

Part II Of My Crowdfunding Adventure: Choosing A Crowdfunding Site

Hi Everyone! I want to thank each of you again for tuning in to the second part of this remarkable journey! As you know I am traveling around the US and Internationally to discover and share some of the most sacred love, romance and date tips from individuals and cultures for my new TV show “Love Around The World.”

It truly means the world to me for all the questions and participation from each and every one of you, and I know you’ve been waiting for the next piece, so here it is! 

During this entry I reveal which crowdfunding platform I’ve decided on for my campaign, and I can tell you this has been one of my hardest decisions yet!

There are so many wonderful sites to choose from, and after a ton of research, and reading each of the sites rules, which is so very important, I knew which one would be best for “Love Around The World.”

How did I come to this decision? Well, again a lot of research, but I also made sure that I had a few very important questions for the different teams on these crowdfunding sites that would be working with me on my journey. At the end of the day I really needed to make sure I choose the best team for “Love Around The World.”

Asking these kinds of questions truly helped me to make my final decision:

• How much will they support your campaign?
• Will they send out announcements?
• Will they help with suggestions or edits to your text, rewards and video for your campaign?
• Can you ask questions along the way?
• Will they send out press releases?

Chronicling A Crowdfunding Adventure

Hi Everyone! It’s been awhile since I’ve been on my blog, but I have some exciting news to share with each of you! I am currently preparing and chronicling my crowdfunding journey for my new TV Show “Love Around The World,” where I’ll be sharing milestones, accomplishments, mistakes and lessons learned along the way with each of you.
