Who are we sexually?

We are surrounded by explicit sexual images in our popular culture. It
appears that we are a very sexual society; having sex more frequently,
casually and younger than ever before. Most of us however, have not been
given the education and guidelines to really examine our sexuality and
understand what it is all about. Sex is usually perceived as an act we do
with someone else rather than an essential part of who we are as an
individual.

In reality, our sexuality originates deep within us. How we exhibit, talk
about, and experience our sexuality holds the clues to where we are in
our sexual development.
