Haiti is experiencing a tragedy of epic proportions right now. It is very easy for us even in our most financially contributing and go there now to help compassionate actions and expressions to not feel a sense of overwhelm and helplessness to make a difference.
Sit down and just focus with all your heart and mind on the people of Haiti being rescued, aided and supported speedily with help from around the world. This is what you can do -create a love and healing field from you to the heart and soul of the people and place of Haiti for it to occur.
Whenever you see images or think of Haiti, see the love field you just created until the crisis is over and the healing has occured.
