With the cost of weddings sky-rocketing around the globe, the country of Fujairah in the Middle East is now trying to implement the idea of having mass group weddings instead of holding them one at a time. Eleven couples attended one of these new types of ceremonies last Thursday evening and all shared in both the experience and the expense-- with the new Fujairah Mass Wedding Committee even helping out with some overall costs.
